1. The front end of the rewinder spindle is fixed on the base with a set of bearings, and the pulley is installed in the middle of a set of bearings; The compression cylinder is installed near the base, and the cylinder is supported by the cylinder. The upper end of the rod is equipped with a set of support rod bearings to support the main shaft. The paper roll removed from the paper machine is placed on the paper withdrawal stand. The brake device on the paper withdrawal stand keeps the paper web at a certain tension and brakes the paper roll quickly when the paper is broken to reduce paper loss. If there is an error in the practical slitting length, it is easy to calibrate by setting parameters. The paper web is cut into the required width by the paper-drawing roller and slitting mechanism, and then rolled into a paper roll according to the required tightness and diameter.
2. Due to the structure that the pressing roller can be opened and closed to contact with the rear rewinding roller, the pressing roller does not contact with the rear rewinding roller during normal rewinding of patterned toilet paper, thus ensuring that the pattern will deform, making the finished product have good bulkiness and softness, and ensuring good hand feeling effect of users. The rewinding machine shall slitting the whole roll or the whole raw material with a fixed length, and when the upper rewinding roller is used to speed up and break the paper, the pressing roller shall be pressed with the rear rewinding roller in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy, reliability and continuity of toilet paper cutting.
3, length can be set successively, such as plastic packaging materials, packaging cartons, steel plates, films, leather, wood chips, etc. for slitting processing, fixed-length slitting control is required. The slitting control of the rewinder is divided into static and dynamic slitting: accurately stop when the set length arrives, then static slitting processing, and restart operation after slitting; When the set length arrives, the slitting signal is announced without stopping, and the slitting machine dynamically slitting processing during the data movement.
