1. PLC integrated control, numerical control frequency conversion drive and man-machine interface LCD touch screen data input mode are adopted to enhance the control of cutting, and the machine can be directly operated on the touch screen and reflect the running status of each part. When working on the coaxial line, a variety of slitting widths and slitting quantities can be set, and the work can be completed at one time without stopping;
2. The basic action is concentrated on the double operation panel: LCD touch screen and mobile manual operation panel. Users can operate from different positions of the machine, which is convenient and fast;
3. Ball screw and servo motor are used to drive the slitting width, and high-precision linear guide rail is used to carry the knife holder, so the cutting is stable;
4. The speed of the cutting shaft and the speed of the round knife can be adjusted arbitrarily, and both have the function of forward and reverse rotation, which can adapt to different cutting requirements.
5. The main shaft and the round knife motor adopt powerful torque vacuum deceleration motor; At the same time, the frequency converter with its own loss control is used for speed regulation. It can ensure that the output torque of the round knife motor increases when the knife works at low speed, will not cause the inverter overcurrent shutdown, stable control speed.
6. The device has a round knife cooling system, which automatically sprays liquid to cool the blade while cutting, and will not burn the material.
7. Equipped with automatic corner function of round knife; When single shaft slitting larger diameter, trimming does not need to replace single oblique cutter. Choosing the appropriate angle when slitting the tape is more conducive to improving the slitting accuracy. and increase the yield accordingly.
8. The tailstock is equipped with an under-pressure protection device. When the air pressure is lower than the safe value, the machine will not start or stop automatically, which is safe and reliable.
9. The whole machine is equipped with automatic alarm prompt of fault and wrong operation, and the fault alarm reason is displayed by the man-machine interface. It is convenient for the operator to eliminate the fault in time.
10. The feed mode of this model is matched with servo system, which has higher stability and cutting precision than that of hydraulic system, low noise and more convenient maintenance.
11. This model is equipped with two-axis and two-knife, and the efficiency is greatly improved than that of single-axis cutting table. The user can choose a small core cutting shaft. At this time, a knife rest is added to balance the pressure of the blade on the cutting shaft during feeding to avoid bending of the shaft. It is suitable for slitting small core materials, such as PVC electrical tape, etc.
