1. Power transmission. When the air switch in the control cabinet is closed, the power indicator of the slitting machine will be on. Note that fingers can not touch the terminal, be careful of electric shock, may endanger the safety.

2. Upper rope roll. Open the safety clip, hang the curtain cloth roll, close the safety clip, separate the curtain cloth from the tape, and wind the curtain cloth on the reel.

3. Manual tape transfer. Guide the tape manually, move it forward, and drag the tape manually through the straightening roller, tension roller, brake roller, and drive roller.

4. Pull the line out. According to the size of the tape to be produced, cut the tape with scissors, then pull out the thread and fix it on the pulling roller.

5. Slitting machine Upper curl roll. Remove the square shaft at the end of the winding shaft head, install 30 nylon drums, then install the upper shaft, open the winding safety chuck, and install the winding shaft. The operation of winding 1 is the same as that of winding 2.

6. Attach the tape head. Stretch the tape to a suitable position, wind the tape on the reel of the slitting machine, pay attention to the consistency of the tape length, and keep the tape tension consistent.

7. Adjust the tension. Adjust the take-up tension to 6.5-10 and the guide tension to 10-15. Note that as the winding diameter increases, the winding tension increases appropriately to ensure the consistency of the tape tension.

8. Adjust the winding speed of the slitting machine. Adjust the winding speed within the required range. Note that the winding speed should not be too high when starting, so as not to cause errors in correction and tracking. You can adjust the winding speed to 20, and then increase the speed after starting.

9. Start the slitting machine. After the above operations are completed, press the start button, and after one or two turns, observe whether the tape on the reel has incorrect deviation. If so, stop winding, adjust the position, and then continue rotating. At the same time, pay attention to the position of the end of the cable to adjust the start and stop of the cable to prevent the end of the cable from being broken or stuck.

10. Adjust the tightness of the tape winding by the slitting machine. If the tape is loose, it is usually due to the thickness of the tape, resulting in a smaller winding diameter. A plastic pad can be added to increase the diameter, which can ensure that the tension is consistent with other tapes.

11. Stop the machine after winding. When the hemming diameter reaches 160mm, stop the machine.

12. Uninstall the product. Cut off the tape, loosen the spring clip, put down the winding shaft, remove the lower shaft, and remove the product. Pay attention to separate the products in time and do not stack them together to prevent adhesion.

13. Prepare for the next winding.
